As polarization increases, concerned citizens across Arizona are working together to build a better future for the state. Emerging Leaders for Community Change (ELCC) is a year-long program for young adults ages 18-30 that aims to empower the rising generation of Arizona leaders with training in constructive dialogue across divides and support to ultimately create their own community-building project. Apply for the 2027 ELCC Cohort

Arizona residents ages 18-30 are invited to apply.

The 2027 ELCC Cohort Application will be open October 1, 2026 - December 1, 2026. ELCC Activities begin January 2027.
