Emerging Leaders for Community Change
As polarization increases, concerned citizens across Arizona are working together to build a better future for the state. Emerging Leaders for Community Change (ELCC) is a year-long program for young adults ages 18-30 that aims to empower the rising generation of Arizona leaders with training in constructive dialogue across divides and support to ultimately create their own community-building project.
