Build

ELCC cohort members will have the opportunity to network with community leaders and changemakers, as well as build robust connections with other emerging leaders. Cohort members will apply bridge-building communication skills as they network, interact, and build community with people who are different from them

Design

In the final 16 weeks of the ELCC program, each participant will have the opportunity to apply what they have learned by designing their own project to drive community change.
